Love is a word that is thrown around a lot, but it is not something to be watered down. Love is simply the most powerful emotion we can experience. The Bible even says that three things will last forever, but the greatest of those is Love. (1 Corinthians 13:13) Over the next year we will be launching a campaign that centers on the idea of creating obsession, but any true obsession is rooted in love. This post will give an overview of ways you can implement passion branding into your marketing efforts to increase customer loyalty.
At Innovative Impulses, we believe that Love is the root of customer loyalty, what makes us so successful is we know how easy it is to make people fall in love with you, and how easy it is for them to leave. We can’t give you all our secrets but we will give you 3 that you can use in the coming year.
1. Loving the people you serve is more important than loving what you do to serve them.
It is not enough to love your job; you need to love the people you work for. This will make your work even better and the customer will know when you’re faking it.

2. You don’t ignore people you love, you pursue them.
When you fall in love you use every form of communication available to get that message across to that person. You call or send them email, hand written letters, gifts, text message, social media message, and anything you can think of. Hopefully not all in the same day but you want to get their attention. You use these tools to take a relationship deeper.

3. You let the ones you love know you love them.
It is easy to make people feel loved, calling them by their name, giving gifts or special treatments, even opening the door and carrying items to their car makes someone feel very special. You want them knowing at the end of the day that you love them when they go to sleep at night. It is very hard for someone to swoop in and steal your clients when they know they are loved.
